Main
message of the author
I think the author tries to tell us, that one
little thing can’t critically hurt a person, but if many people hurt on person,
it could break the person apart. The inspector acts as the judge of the family
Birling and mister Croft, he knows everything about the things they’ve done to
the girl and even in the End, when it turns out that they got tricked, there’s
still truth in his words and he broke every self-confidence they had, before
the real inspector arrives.
The whole book is written as a theatre script,
that makes u feel more close to the scene and with this form the author can
easier show the emotions of the characters and make you feel the Emotions he
would.
For me it is a wonderful book, and the author
has done a good job in making the readers feel the guilty of mister Croft and
the family Birling, after each confession you fell more sorry for the young
women.
